Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Either the upload is blocked for some reason or the file your download was corrupted during the download.
You can open the zip and see if there is a jwplayer7.xml file in the root folder. That's the install XML file Joomla is looking for.
If the upload fails, you can also upload it using FTP and use the "Install from Folder". Or you can try using the "Install from URL" tab and paste
