Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Can you make sure you don't have any cache active?
Tooltips look fine for me on www.sermonspeaker.net/listings/series.html?layout=tiles

Another problem.
After updating component to 5.5 in Single Sermon (layout Extended new line) there are no player. In settings column player is set as YES
