Import sermons into new installation

Hi ignore the last post - I copied from an older installation. Now rectified and all looks ok so far.

All the sermons and speakers now visible in the Joomla admin side but when I use the Archive module and the Latest sermons module nothing is appearing in the Joomla frontend. So near and yet so far - any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Make sure to assign valid categories to each sermon, series and speaker. The categories are used to determine the access levels for each item, and if it's invalid permissions are denied and nothing is shown.

Thanks so much for your help; I used an SQL update query to populate the catid fields (after creating the categories) and hey presto there they all are.
