Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Cannot understand how to show Vimeo files via SS

Still having zero luck getting SS to pick up the videos in Vimeo.

I'm really not sure what the username is so I tried 3 different ones that I thought might be, starting with the email address used to log in. However none worked the way I expected in the "Add sermon" screen.

Is this how it should work.... once I have the correct UN in place, when I go to add a sermon the dropdown box will show ALL videos available to be linked on Vimeo for that UN? Thanks.

Umm, did you read the tooltip for the Vimeo User field? It says

Your Vimeo UserID like it appears in the userpage (eg 'brag' in ' vimeo.com/brad ').

So in your case it's probably "fopcmedia" (like in vimeo.com/fopcmedia ).

And yes, once the username is correctly entered and Vimeo is selected for the video mode, the dropdown box will show all videos for that user.

OK, so that was 1 of the 3 I tried without success.

Does it matter whether any or none of the "Add sermon" fields are completed for any videos to show up in the dropdown? Or do videos all show, all the time regardless?

And assuming I use this method, is the video just shared on the site (like pasting in the URL) or is it uploaded to the site then streamed? The add sermon form has a tip stating "File will be uploaded to: /images/". I'm guessing this is only if you are uploading from a local computer.

videos are not uploaded they are embedded. what SS does it reads the RSS feed. So if you have any videos uploaded and processed/converted only then will they show up in drop down list. also any videos that are set to be private will not show up, unless you adjust permissions in vimeo.

Oh boy, do I feel like an idiot! I figured it out....

I forgot to select what I was using for video files in the dropdown box - it was still set to default. DOH! Sorry Thomas and Andrei! And thanks for the help!

I was just going to make screenshots of the settings :-)

By the way: Vimeo doesn't allow to stream, download or upload videos from extern sites. So all we can do is using their player in an iframe. That's what SermonSpeaker does.
For the dropdown box we use the API they provide. It's not exactly an RSS feed but something similar. If you're curious, in your case it's this URL SermonSpeaker reads: vimeo.com/api/v2/fopcmedia/videos.xml
