Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Anyone know if there is a certain configuration of SermonSpeaker series listing that can accomplish the layout that is in the attachment?

That doesn't really look like a Joomla site or SermonSpeaker component.
However you can do almost anything with Joomla/SermonSpeaker if you know what you do. You can override any output the component creates in the layouts, same way as you would override core output.
