Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

PROD is SermonSpeaker 5.6.2 Joomla 3.7.3

On all pages such as Series, Sermons, Speakers Etc. all New and Edit buttons only go to Error 500 Page Not Found. Same was true when Prod had previous version of SermonSpeaker 5.2

In my DEV SermonSpeaker 5.2 Joomla 3.7.3 New and Edit works as designed.

A 500 error means it is an "Internal Server Error". It would be really helpful to know the exact error message here.
Usually, those errors are logged into an error log file on the server. If you don't have access to that file, you need to ask your hoster.

Chances are there is a system or content plugin which generates the error, and not SermonSpeaker itself.

Hi Bob,
Here is a screenshot of the errors that show up when trying to add New - www.screencast.com/t/Nvv0lcCQ5ce
This shows up when I set the Error Reporting to Max
Let us know if there's anything else that we can help with.

To me it looks like an issue with the system plugin "Ari Docs Viewer". Make sure you have the latest version installed ( www.ari-soft.com/Joomla-Components/ARI-D...d-product-flyer.html ) and if the issue still exists try disabling that plugin and see if that solves it.

The last two notice are related to a small bug in SermonSpeaker. But that shouldn't generate a 500 error. You can try the attached version which contains a fix for that notice.
