Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Try "franklin.mp3". As I wrote earlier capitalised filenames are considered "unsafe". Best practice is to have them all lowercased.

I am running into the same problem and unfortunately, it's not just a warning, it is an error message as it will not save the sermon article thus it will not publish.
I welcome any help that could help me get this issue resolved.

It is just a message. In no way will it prevent saving the sermon.
So if it doesn't save, there must be another issue.
