Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Just estimate, it may have something to do with "partial" requests, signified by "206" HTTP status in apache log.
A browser may determine to chop the big file into several "partial" requests.
Some firewalls and needs to configured to allow partial requests. Apache has some configuration options for "byte-range" requests. But they do not acquire much attention because they don't need to be touched for normal operations.

I'm quite sure a partial request would fail in our case. Not sure if I can do anything about it.
