Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

please help me

by klicking to Page 2 the URL changes .../predigt/sermons?start=30
by klicking to Page 3 the URL changes .../predigt/sermons?start=60

but by klicking on Page 1 or Start ..../predigt/sermons
and that does not work

That mean if you go to Page 2 you never come back Page 1 but from Page 3 to 2 in no Problem

how to change it to .../predigt/sermons?start=1

Unfortunately, that's a bug in the current version of Joomla. It will be fixed with Joomla 3.4.0.
See github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/4488 for the details.
If you click the "Files changed" tab, you can see the changes. If you want you can apply them to your installation manually.
