Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

We are having a glitch on our new site. The sermon audio is accessible and functions properly on the home page of the sermons. Please see: 1uc.org/publications/sermons-podcasts

However, on the individual sermon pages, the audio is completely inaccessible. Only the microphone appears, but nowhere to click to have the audio play (or appear). Please see: 1uc.org/publications/sermons-podcasts/se...d-and-upward-forever

The layout you use only supports the PixelOut player. It may be that this player is somehow not compatible with the file you want to play.
It will work if you switch to a different layout (like the "content" one).
I also don't see any JS errors or other obvious problems.

Did it suddenly stop working after you changed something on your site? Or maybe your hoster changed something?

We moved hosts. LunarPages to Hostgator. You can see the old site here: 209.200.244.223/~uuokc2/newsite/index.ph...w=sermons&Itemid=551

I am going to look into the "content" layout.

For some reason, the Flash file doesn't load correct. You can check by directly accessing it (which is what the browser does as well):
1uc.org/media/com_sermonspeaker/player/audio_player/player.swf

And on your old host it looks like this which is correct:
209.200.244.223/~uuokc2/newsite/media/co...io_player/player.swf

This may be a corrupt file or a server setting which prevents it from loading correct.

Thank you for the quick reply. During migration, there were corrupted/missing files. We have located most of them which have helped with our problems.
