Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Frontend Upload was created by Karin
I want to have a person login from the website (like a registered user) and then add/edit/delete Sermons.

I'm new to Joomla 1.6 so I am having some difficulty understanding how to do this.

*apologies*

I have read the document " Frontend Upload " (20-01-2011) but I need an elementary, step-by-step document.

Thank you!

You can't edit or delete a sermon from the frontend. This is something I want to do, but it's trickier than I thought and I probably have to do it with small steps :)

The document you already saw should contains all the needed steps to set up the Frontend Upload Wizard. If you need further guidance, tell me where you are stuck.
The Frontend Upload itself is quite easy to use and doesn't need a document. Just try it and you'll see. :)

Not to make more work for you, but would you mind adding a screen shot of the Frontend Uploader to the document? :side:

There is actually not much to screenshot.
First step is a simple form where you can select a file and a save button.
The second step is another form where you can enter title, series and the like. Similar to the backend. Some fields will already be prefilled depending on the ID3 tags of the file. And some fields (like speaker and series) are dropdown lists. Nothing fancy.
After clicking save the sermon is added available.

It will hopefully look a lot different in the next version. I plan to implement a Flash uploader and have all on one step. And maybe this allows me then to add an "edit" functionality in a next step ;)
