Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Just looking into using this and how it works. I have an app ID for the Facebook account, but am unsure if I need to create a new open graph app in Facebook or just put the app ID in for the Facebook account along with the accounts who should admin the sermon speaker info.

You can either enter an AppID or AdminIDs or both. It will tell Facebook who is allowed to administrate the OpenGraph pages that will be created on Facebook.

It doesn't do anything within SermonSpeaker, it's all for Facebook :-)

Basically SermonSpeaker will just include this info in the og-metatags. As soon as a page is liked by a user, Facebook will parse those metatags and build an OpenGraph Facebookpage from it.
