Support for SermonSpeaker 3.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 1.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 4.x, which is better anyway.

I moved my website from sitting in one folder to another folder (on the same host) so now I have to put the <itunes:new-feed-url> in the feed to redirect it - How do I do this with sermonspeaker please?

As long as the URL of your site didn't change, you don't have to do anything.

If the URL has changed, you have to put the new URL into the redirect field in the SermonSpeaker settings of the old installation. So any feed reader looking at the old place gets redirected to the new place.
